The de novo genome project pathway

In order to construct a draft genome sequence, you have many different choices when it comes to data types and methods you can use. This is a rendering of the process, using some of the conventions from metabolic pathway diagrams (used by e.g. KEGG). Here, small circles represent products (metabolites), and rectangles represent processes (enzymes).

As usual, this is an SVG, easily convertible into PDF or other formats, and editable in Inkscape.
